Do you need some more "fluff" in your life? If so, Gabriel "Fluffy" Iglesias is your man - a stand-up comedian and actor who has been making audiences laugh for years. Currently on his Fluffy Shop Tour, Iglesias continues to add more dates (in Orlando, Boston, Chicago, Cleveland and New York) as he rounds out the spring with performances through May. If you want to see Fluffy Man in action, check online and get your own pair of Gabriel Iglesias tickets today.

At just 32 years of age, Gabriel Iglesias has already reached the status of iconic comedians like Jerry Seinfeld and Steve Martin. With an eccentric wit and belly to match, Iglesias has been featured in several Comedy Central specials (where he got his start with Last Comic Standing), has acted as executive producer and performer in several comedy based DVDs and sold out multiple shows at the Majestic Theatre.

"I totally feel like I'm along for the ride," Iglesias said to My San Antonio. "I remember coming to San Antonio for the first time for the Latino Laugh Festival and thinking, 'Wow, it can't get better than this.' And then every year I've been saying that." Since working local clubs throughout the '90s, Iglesias has steadily climbed the charts of fellow comedians, headlining acts and even performing on The Tonight Show.

Performing with a bright Hawaiian shirt and big personality, Iglesias has been attracting mainstream attention for his stories and laughs. "I've never been much for jokes," Iglesias said. "But I can pump up a story. I call myself the king of embellishment," he continued with My San Antonio. After being a regular on Comedy Central in 2003, he got his first one-hour special on the channel when his I'm Not Fat...I'm Fluffy Live from El Paso premiered in November 2009. The Long Beach, Calif. native who was born in San Diego has been seeing stars ever since (he was even interviewed by TMZ website in regards to a recent death threat). Iglesias was first recognized on the Galavision television program Que Locos and from there took to nationwide tour specials, where venues sold out in minutes. Though his language can often be R-rated, Iglesias manages to get the whole family involved with his storytelling ability - he even earned a Kids' Choice Award for the Nickelodeon show All That in 2000 - as he preaches to children about the effects of alcohol and promotes voting.

As one of five siblings, Iglesias found his start with Eddie Murphy's comedy tapes, and thanks to his eccentric approach to comedy (he incorporates loud noises, voices and moves) Iglesias became a local favorite. "I get my material from things that happen every day," Iglesias said to Latino Stand-Up. Though he got his start in the Latino community, he has found a way to take his comedy mainstream, with his first album Picachu...I See You earning success. "I want to show people that Latinos are here, but we don't have to be stereotypical," he added.
