Credit Repair Improves Borrower's Credit Score 100 Points

Lenders see people that need help with the credit profiles all the time. I know this from firsthand experience. It did not take long until I decided to do something positive for my customer.
It was disappointing to give people the general instruction and then never to hear from them again. I began to wonder why? It was too clear. People don't have time to figure out the ins and outs of credit repair. On top of that, it also became obvious that even though I was trying to make everything clear in my explanation of how to repair your credit, to the normal customer, the explanation still confused them.
I deal with this stuff every day. Normal people deal with this stuff once or twice in their life. I didn't want to leave my potential customers without a means to their end. So, I decided to start helping them by giving them the tools they needed for their own credit repair. There are plenty of lenders that will do this for their customer. You just have to find one or help your lender find a resource that will help them help you.
As a lender, I am approached every day by credit repair companies. I even had one in my town. (Later on I found out that company was being investigated by our state bank commissioner.) I never referred a client to a credit repair company, because their fees just seemed way too high. I have seen fees as high as $1500 to get 4 things corrected on your credit report. To me, that is simply ridiculous, but it might not seem that way unless you know how easy it really is to do. Other companies are more reasonable, but typically most people are still looking at a cost of $500 or more.
When I decided to start helping people help themselves, one of my first successes was helping a couple who had low 500 credit scores move up over 620. This couple has a bankruptcy several year back and they had a lot of errors on their credit report. I had no idea how much their score would improve. I told them about the process and they were ready for help. They sent out all the letters and slowly but surely the errors began to drop off their report. It was not just the credit repair that improved their score. They had to keep everything current on their report. They just had to keep on track and they did. The credit repair got rid of almost all the errors on their report and 60 days later, they had scores over 620 and were able to get a USDA Guaranteed Rural Housing Loan.
If you are suffering from credit score problems, you should have your lender look into helping you. Most lenders are willing to help, but many of them do not have the time it would take to create everything you need to do your credit repair.
