Why Latino Leadership Is A Necessity?

Published by Ranju Kumar in Advice, 4 months 1 week 2 days 21 hours 57 minutes 19 seconds ago

Leadership is a lifelong learning endeavor that requires following your dreams and making them come true. It involves "giving" to help others. It includes: Coaching, Directing, Delegating and Collaborating with others for a productive outcome.

A leader must have a real passion for people and is willing to advocate for the cause of a vision. Leaders never ever settle for second place, they need to be in first place all of the time and detest losing. Great Leaders never wait for results, they create their own outcomes and know in advance what to expect.

A series of recent reports suggest that less than 75 percent of Hispanic ninth graders in California graduate from high school, and the percentage in some districts is fewer than 50 percent. The social and economic welfare of the state depends on finding a solution to this educational crisis.
